In June of 2010 I bought a 2009 Chevy Impala with 16 miles on it. Brand new! 2 days later and before I had even put gas in my new car I hit my teenage sons friends car right on my own driveway. I was devastated to hear it was 500.00 worth of damage.That's when I met Ken Basa. For some reason he started telling me his best friend was sick with cancer. That best friend is his dad. From that moment on I had a high regard and instant liking to Ken. I realized the dent in my car which he took care of with the utmost care and detail was just a dent and not the end of my world. I left Basa Collision with a positive outlook as well as an appreciation for meeting such an incredible and down to earth man. He recently repaired my 2008 Chevy Impala which had over 2,000.00 worth of damage on it. Another perfect job! As I picked up my car Ken told my 16 year old son never to smoke and that he could be anything he wanted to be in life if he worked hard. Simply incredible is all I have to say.

Per a recommendation from Don McCue Chevrolet, I brought my truck in for a warranty rust repair from The Protector--yeah, lot that did good--Don McCue was great, Protector sucked.. But anyways, pulled up to Ken's shop to pick up my truck after replacing the rust damaged door with a new door--the day was sunny and my first view was how well the paint matched the factory paint. Now, I am a car guy, but this has got to be the best paint match that I have ever seen!!!! I am really having a hard time placing the best word to their work. Quite frankly, the best word that describes their work and customer service is 'anal'. Thay are that detailed at what they do. I am so happy at the way my truck turned out that I will be posting about their work on my car club vendor web page.

This place is just that good and I whole heartedly recommend Ken Bass's shop for body shop repar.
